$10 credit for every new patient referred, new patient will also obtain a $10 credit 

Your referrals are the highest compliment we can receive and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to provide the same exceptional care to those you care about. 

 To participate in our referral program: 
- Referrals must come from a current patient 
- New patient must provide the name and email address of the referring patient
- This credit is to be redeemed on your next complete eyewear purchase (frame and lenses) or an annual year supply of contacts 
- Please note that the credit is not applicable to initial purchase on the day of the visit but may be used towards a secondary pair. It also cannot be applied towards exam services or copays
